Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:  

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – Flat rate of $5.99  

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – Flat rate of $12.99  

- Free Shipping**: Available for orders over $75 (Standard Shipping only).  

 

*Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.*  

 

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.  

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.  

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Messy Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
