14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Messy Luna. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Return:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotion may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for more details.
How to Return:
Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@messyluna.com or through our contact page.Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your items.Pack and Ship: Please package the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include your return authorization number. Ship the return to the address provided in your RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like. Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange items, but we're happy to assist with any questions.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or certain accessories (e.g., jewelry, socks).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@messyluna.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this at no extra cost to you.
